I authorize NFL Alumni to charge my credit card in full for the Association Membership
purchased at the costs outlined above. The name and personal information provided
above is true and correct. In the event of a dispute, request must be submitted
in writing with all documentation according to the policies established by the company
issuing the credit card. All sales are final and non-refundable. By submitting your
order and payment information you are entering into a binding purchase contract
for which you agree to pay NFL Alumni in full. Membership is sold without warranties
or guarantees.
